This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application digital campus ("Application"), developed and published on Google Play by Ravindra Educational Institutions ("Developer", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). It explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the information of students, faculty, and administrative staff of engineering colleges who use the Application.

By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to the terms described herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

digital campus is an Android application published on Google Play by Ravindra Educational Institutions. The Application helps engineering colleges manage academic activities such as attendance, assignments, and results.

3.1 Personal Information

• Full name and employee/student ID
• Official college email address and contact number
• Department, year of study, or faculty designation
• College name and campus location

3.2 Usage & Technical Data

• Device type, operating system, and software version
• Login timestamps and session activity logs
• Features accessed and interaction patterns within the Application
• Error logs and crash reports for debugging purposes

3.3 Academic & Institutional Data

• Assignments, project submissions, or academic records entered into the Application
• Results, grades, or performance data as applicable to the software module
• Attendance records, if the module is configured for attendance management

The Application requests only the permissions needed for its features. You can review or revoke any permission at any time in your device settings, although some features may then stop working.

Ravindra Educational Institutions uses collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Application and its features

• To communicate important updates, system notices, or support responses
• To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional agreements

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• With the engineering college's authorized administrators for academic and institutional management
• With third-party service providers who assist in hosting or maintenance, under strict confidentiality agreements
• When required by law, government authority, or court order
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of Ravindra Educational Institutions, users, or the public

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services, which may process limited data on our behalf and have their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services – app distribution and updates

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

We process verified requests within 30 days. Some records may be kept longer only where required by law or by your college's academic record-keeping agreement.

Our Application may use session tokens or local storage to maintain login sessions and user preferences. These are essential for the functioning of the Application and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are deployed in the Application.

Our Application is intended for use by students enrolled in recognized engineering colleges and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below this age. If such information is inadvertently collected, please notify us so that it can be promptly removed.

Ravindra Educational Institutions reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The updated Policy will be made available within the Application or notified to institutional administrators.

Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
